In an effort to make new signups easy and hassle free we have created this "Quick startup" page. For new family/student signups just print the forms listed below and mail or e-mail to the address at the bottom.
Please include a check or money order for the Tuition: ($100.00 Per family per year, students enrolling after school year has started (Aug. 15th) will pay $150.00 per family per year. All tuitions applies to families enrolling up to 4 children, there is a $25 fee for each child thereafter.)
No student will be processed until tuition is paid.
Application - Print two per student.
Enrollment - Print two per student.
Student Record Release - Print two per student.
DCA Release - Print two per student.
*note - fill out both copies only send one in - the second is for your records.
